Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking with Never Mizza Spot Auto Detailing, customers agree to the following terms.

• ✓Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
• ✓Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• ✓No-shows may be charged a $25 fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
• ✓Vehicles must be accessible and ready for service upon arrival.
• ✓Excessive pet hair, heavy soiling, mold, bodily fluids, biohazards, sand, or excessive contamination may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
• ✓Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, weather, and selected services.
• ✓Mobile appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
• ✓Please remove valuables and personal belongings before service begins. Never Mizza Spot Auto Detailing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• ✓We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, scratches, tears, paint defects, or worn components discovered during cleaning.
• ✓If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
• ✓Pricing is based on average vehicle condition and may be adjusted for excessively dirty vehicles or additional services required.
